In order to achieve this goal, we first focused on Classifying Trending Topics on Twitter.
The next step, is to classify Hashtags and finally Tweets.

2010 miESPOL (Bachelor thesis)
An Academic Online Social Network that integrates the most popular services that the University provides such as: SIDWeb an LMS, Lectures Scheduler, Grades System, Online Census. 
We used Liferay as the core implementation of the Social Network.

2009 LifeAcademic
Web­-based academic system for managing the academic planning process using the available shared resources in a faculty (classrooms, teachers, students, etc) by applying the MVC best practices.

 2009 REINA
eVoting system for beauty queen pageants. System developed in 2009 for the election of the beauty queen of Guayaquil city, and utilised since then as the official evoting platform for juries. It has been used as well for the election of Miss World Ecuador since 2014.

 2008 SCO
Stand-alone application for Dentists. By using the HCI best practices the systems allows the user (i.e. dentist, secretary, intern) to manage the history of the patient from general information such as names, treatments to RX, Images, and the evolution of the Odontogram a Periodontogram.
